Selma Blair, Ludacris, T-Pain, Idris Elba and Ashley Judd have all lent their larynxes to a short story competition for the Staying Alive Foundation, who also have exclusive tickets available for the MTV Awards in LA.

The stars have recorded openings for the competition, Untold Stories, and all entrants have to do to get the opportunity to make their story into a short film - working with MTV producers, is finish what the stars started.

As well as the short story competition, Staying Alive also have two tickets to auction off to attend the MTV Video Music Awards, with exclusive meet and greet passes.

Nominees for this year’s awards include Britney Spears, Foo Fighters, Chris Brown, and the Jonas Brothers who will also perform on the show hosted by Brit comedian Russell Brand.
