Portia de Rossi andEllen DeGeneres (pictured) were among award recipients at the 20th annual GLAAD ( Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) Media Awards, held in LA on the weekend.

Tyra Banks, Cathy Griffin, Phil Donahue and Julia Louise-Dreyfus were among others to receive awards, from presenters including Clay Aiken, T.R. Knight and Jessica Alba.

More GLAAD Media Awards will be presented in San Francisco on May 9.
